Residential Addition & Renovation
Located in Albuquerque’s Ridgecrest neighborhood, this residence was originally constructed in the late 1920’s. This renovation consisted of upgrading mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems throughout the house. The project included redesigning the kitchen & dining room and adding a 650 s.f. master suite. The master suite addition creates a intimate front patio perfect for entertainment and can be accessed both by the master suite as well as the dining room.
