Office Tenant Improvement
Located in Albuquerque’s innovative Nob Hill Neighborhood, dCAs was designed as an open office plan. The 1,250 s.f. studio utilizes innovative design details throughout to showcase design theories. Glass partition walls separate interior spaces allowing light to flow from one end of the space to the other. The conference wall disappears as massive sliding panel doors operate with ease utilizing a concealed ball bearing track system. HVAC diffusers are hidden within the floating ceiling system reveal, creating a clean system of lighting & acoustic panels. Stained concrete flooring & commercial grade carpet tiles run throughout.
