Residential Interior Renovation
The project is located in the Los Lunas Bosque area immediately adjacent to the Rio Grande River. The existing space was cavernous, spare and minimally adequate. Acting as a bridging element between a colorful new addition of bedrooms and dining area and the existing children’s rooms, the kitchen isolated the two halves of the space creating a distinct feel of new versus old. The redesign allows for the space to flow bridging the gap between the two juxtaposing elements. The kitchen seamlessly weaves itself interacting between the existing and new spaces creating a playful environment for entertaining. The contemporary kitchen is loaded with state of the art appliances for function. Concrete countertops enhance the feel of natural elements within the Bosque and fit nicely into this contemporary country ranch style house.
